1.击球时间

击球时间是指来球在本方台面弹起后至回落的那段时间。

(一) 上升时期:球从台面弹起刚上升的阶段。

(二) 上升后期:球弹起接近最高点的阶段。

(三) 最高点期:球弹起达到最高点的阶段。

(四) 下降前期:球从最高点开始下降的最初阶段。

(五) 下降后期:球下降到接近地面之前的这一阶段。

击球点是指击球时,球拍与球接触瞬间的那一点所属空间的位置,这是对击球者所处的相对位置而言的,包含以下三个因素:①球处于身体的前后位置②球与身体的远近距离③球的高、低位置。

对方击球后,球尚未触及本方台区,本方运动员即行击球.
